INSTRUCTION TO USE:
- Hair mask – Soak 6–7 teaspoons of green gram in water overnight, grind it in the morning, and mix it with mashed banana. Apply the paste to your scalp and hair, leave it on for 15–20 minutes, and then wash your hair with shampoo. You can use this mask twice a week.
- Shampoo – Mix gram flour, honey, coconut oil, and water to create a concentrated solution that can nourish dry hair.
- Dandruff – Wash your hair with green gram powder occasionally to help prevent dandruff.
- Face pack: Soak 50 grams of green gram overnight, then grind it into a paste. You can also add other ingredients like raw honey, almond oil, milk, or yogurt. Apply the paste to your face and leave it on for 15–20 minutes. Once it dries, wash it off with water and pat your face dry.
- Tan removal: Soak 1/4 cup of green gram overnight and grind it into a paste. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt and apply the paste to the affected areas of your body. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wash it off with cold water. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice for its natural bleaching effect. After the mask dries, gently massage your skin in circles to exfoliate.
