Instructions to Use Virali Manjal (Turmeric Rhizome)
- Turmeric Rhizome Tea
- Ingredients: Turmeric rhizome, water, black pepper, honey (optional), lemon (optional).
- Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of water.
- Grate or thinly slice a piece of turmeric rhizome (about 1 inch).
- Add the grated or sliced turmeric to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance curcumin absorption.
- Sweeten with honey and add a splash of lemon juice if desired.
- Drink this tea once or twice daily for its health benefits.
- Turmeric Milk (Golden Milk)
- Ingredients: Turmeric rhizome, milk (dairy or plant-based), black pepper, honey (optional).
- Instructions:
