    • Instructions to Use Samba Godhumai

      1. Whole Wheat Flour
        • Ingredients: Samba Godhumai grains.
        • Instructions:
          1. Preparation:
            • Clean the whole wheat grains to remove any debris.
            • Grind the grains into a fine flour using a grain mill or a powerful blender.
          2. Usage:
            • Use the whole wheat flour to make various types of bread, rotis, chapatis, and other baked goods.
            • Whole wheat flour can also be used in pancakes, muffins, cookies, and other recipes that call for flour.
      2. Whole Wheat Berries
        • Ingredients: Samba Godhumai grains, water.
        • Instructions:
          1. Cooking:
            • Rinse the whole wheat berries thoroughly.
            • Soak them in water for 8-12 hours or overnight.
            • Drain the soaked berries and add them to a pot with water (ratio of 1:3, wheat berries to water).
            • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes until tender.
            • Drain any excess water and use the cooked berries in salads, soups, or as a side dish.
      3. Whole Wheat Porridge
        • Ingredients: Samba Godhumai grains, water or milk, sweeteners (optional).
        • Instructions:
          1. Preparation:
            • Rinse the whole wheat grains.
            • Grind the grains coarsely to make cracked wheat or leave them whole.
          2. Cooking:
            • Add the cracked or whole wheat to a pot with water or milk (ratio of 1:3, wheat to liquid).
            • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until the grains are soft and the mixture reaches a porridge-like consistency.
            • Sweeten with honey, sugar, or fruit if desired, and serve warm.
      4. Whole Wheat Sprouts
        • Ingredients: Samba Godhumai grains, water.
        • Instructions:
          1. Sprouting:
            • Rinse the whole wheat grains thoroughly.
            • Soak them in water for 8-12 hours or overnight.
            • Drain the water and rinse the grains again.
            • Spread the grains on a sprouting tray or in a jar with good air circulation.
            • Rinse the grains 2-3 times a day until sprouts form (usually within 2-3 days).

      5. Whole Wheat Pasta
        • Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, water, eggs (optional).
        • Instructions:

            • Mix whole wheat flour with water and eggs (if using) to form a dough.
            • Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
          2. Forming Pasta:
            • Roll out the dough and cut it into desired pasta shapes.
          3. Cooking:
            • Boil the pasta in salted water for 7-10 minutes until al dente.
