- Instructions: Grind the dried henna leaves into a fine powder using a grinder. Sift the powder through a fine sieve to remove any large particles.
- Henna Hair Pack
- Ingredients: Henna powder, water or tea/coffee decoction, lemon juice or yogurt (optional), 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil (optional).
- Instructions:
- In a non-metallic bowl, mix the henna powder with enough water or tea/coffee decoction to form a thick paste.
- Add a few drops of lemon juice or a spoonful of yogurt to enhance the dye release.
- Optionally, add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil to the paste to condition the hair.
- Cover the bowl and let the paste sit for 4-6 hours (or overnight) to allow the dye to release.
