Instructions to Use Turmeric Gundu (Whole Turmeric)
- Turmeric Tea
- Ingredients: Whole turmeric root, water, black pepper, honey (optional), lemon (optional).
- Instructions:
- Boil 2 cups of water.
- Grate or thinly slice a piece of turmeric root (about 1 inch).
- Add the grated or sliced turmeric to the boiling water.
- Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance curcumin absorption.
- Sweeten with honey and add a splash of lemon juice if desired.

- Ingredients: Whole turmeric root, honey, yogurt or milk.
- Instructions:
